PortalPlus is an interactive program that links our Agents to instant information about their customer accounts. This direct access enables deep and proactive customer relationships and easy monitoring of the customers’ monthly usage, billing history and more.

Created specifically for our Agent sales force, LightSource is regularly updated with pertinent product information, necessary forms and instructions, detailed descriptions of current promotions, company news, sales contacts, and other useful information to keep our Agents in continuously “in the know.” The site’s reporting system compactly presents order provisioning information, ANI status, commissions and much more. For quick, easy and relevant information, LightSource puts it all right under our Agents’ fingertips.

Regional Sales Managers/Sales Development Specialists (RSMs/SDSs)

Each Agent’s RSM/SDS is a direct, single point of contact at Lightyear. They are in charge of bringing Agents on board, answering their questions, and thoroughly guiding them through a transition process to become productive and successful. The RSMs/SDSs provide personalized training needed to grow a successful telecom agency. Our Agents count on them for assistance with Requests For Proposals, price quotes, phone bill analysis, new orders and much more.
